The Cally Hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was perfect for my needs as it was really close to the hospital and the center of town. Additionally, having the pub right next door was incredibly convenient for grabbing a drink or enjoying a meal. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Finally, the rooms, although basic, were clean and had everything I needed, including comfortable beds. Considering the value for money and the attention to detail, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Had an amazing Christmas experience with my family at this hotel. We loved the location as it was just a short walk away from many restaurants and shops. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The room was cozy and clean, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Christmas specials they offered.
That the soundproofing of the room wasn't great. We could hear people walking and talking outside, and it was a bit noisy at night.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The room was also quite, creating a peaceful ambiance for our getaway. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
There were a few things that could have been improved. there were no coffee/tea making facilities or fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient as we had to go out to find a coffee shop in the morning.

The free breakfast was delicious and they gave us a voucher for a free drink at the bar. the location was perfect, right in the middle of town. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was a disaster. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and smelled like old cigarettes.

Our recent stay was in a convenient location close to everything we needed. We were delighted to find the hospital was nearby and the pub next door. the center of town was just a short walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the security of the lockers provided in the bathrooms. We couldn't ask for better service from the friendly staff who gave us discounts on arrival.
We did experience some issues with the noise level coming from the walls between the room and the corridor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
